Konstantinos Ioannidis is a Leverhulme International Professorship in Neuroeconomics Research Associate/Postdoctoral Researcher in the Faculty of Economics of the University of Cambridge. At Cambridge, he is working with a group lead by Peter Bossaerts studying how computational complexity influences human decision making.

He is expected to obtain his PhD in Economics from CREED at the University of Amsterdam (under the supervision of Theo Offerman and Randolph Sloof). He holds three MSc diplomas in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics.

His primary research field is Behavioral and Experimental Economics and his most recent research has focused on the dichotomy between honest and dishonest communication, on habitual communication, and on the interplay of competition and whistleblowing. His work has been published in the Journal of Economic Science Association, American Law and Economics Review, and the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics. He has refereed for the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, and Theory and Decision.
